The core modules of the Danube MBA program focus on the basic processes and tools of general management.

The main emphasis is put on Managerial Accounting, Organization & Leadership, Human Resource Management, Managerial Economics, European and International Economic Law, Corporate Finance, Marketing and Project Management.


The specialized modules can be continued either in the program of the Danube University Krems, or the studies can be carried out full time in a partner university abroad. The specialized modules at Krems concentrate on Financial Management and Business Planning, Strategic Management and International Business, Sustainable Demands & Management Perspectives and Information Systems & Supply Chain Management.

A master thesis which is designed and written with the guidance of a faculty adviser will be the culmination of the program. The Preparation Course in scientific methods and presentation will assist the MBA students in the process of writing the thesis.

Target group

The Danube MBA offers a general management education and prepares for a career in management.

Prospective

Managers have the possibility to acquire the necessary economic know-how.
