What makes for an interesting research project in history of mathematics? What are good questions to ask? How to I find and formulate them? How do I go about answering them? Combining lectures, tutorials and discussions of individual projects, this summer course aims at aiding the participants in their individual projects.
During the course, participants will develop their project drafts through expert lectures on episodes from the history of mathematics, historiographical and methodological discussions, presentations and peer-feedback. Course offered by Department of Physics and Astronomy.
