Sustainability in business is a strategic issue for almost every organization. We firmly believe that it is rapidly gaining importance for strategic innovation, risk mitigation, reputation management and to maintain shareholder value. Ethical aspects of sustainability call for new skills and competences of managers.
Sustainable business requires an understanding of the changing business landscape, and can be best understood by learning how leading organizations have put sustainability into practice.In this Summer Course, we will look at the topics of Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainable Business from the perspective of different stakeholder groups. This course will provide perspectives from different stakeholder groups as a way to gain an understanding of Sustainability. The teaching includes theoretical models, stories from experience, real life dilemmas and case studies of leading companies.
