Business plan is a formal statement of business goals and how they are going to be achieved. It can be prepared for both a new business and for an existing company that plans a major change or new venture. An excellent business plan can decide about the success of your undertaking as it allows you to plan it well and/or to gather (financial) resources needed to pursue it. During this course you will acquire knowledge and practice you need to prepare a successful business plan. This course is part of the Entrepreneurship track.

Target group
All students interested in developing a new business or a new operation within existing company. No prior knowledge about business plan writing is required. However, having a primary idea about the type of the venture you would like to undertake (e.g. type of product or service) is a prerequisite. To get most out of this course we recommend combining it with other courses of the Entrepreneurship track.
Course aim
The aim of this course is to equip you with knowledge and skills required to prepare a successful business plan. This will be done by combining lectures on each element of business plan (e.g. marketing, finance) with practical exercises. The course will be finished with a business plan competition.
