This course gives a deeper insight in data management of clinical research projects. Focus will be on EDC (electronic data capturing), and designing CRFs (Case Report Forms). Theories will be applied direclty by the students in computer workshops where data management techniques will be practiced.This 1-week course is especially meant for junior CRAs who already have some experience in monitoring, or for those students who have followed the introductory course on clinical reserach and monitoring (during the weeks preceding this one). We will discuss and participate in practical workshops on data preparation and data management, on electronic data capturing, on CRF design and various other advanced topics. A must for CRAs!
