This course is designed to provide adequate understanding of global attempt of harmonizing anti-corruption law and current practices of parties in private & public sectors in terms of dealing with corruption issues with the flavor of pondering different cultural backgrounds and aspects of various countries. This course reviews the evaluation of widespread corruption practices all over the world and undertakes a comparative study of domestic and multilateral efforts to eradicate such practices

EUR 0: Students on a bilateral exchange programme do not have to pay. Freemovers are obliged to pay participation fees while tuition fees only apply to freemovers from countries outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland.
