This course aims to prepare you for overcoming the challenges we are facing in digital economies. The course discusses how ICTs are evolving and affecting the business environment, from changing organisation structures to enabling new business models and products (goods and services).
From this broad scope, this course focuses particularly on exploring the role of social media in organisations, understanding their relevance for communication and collaboration within and across the boundaries of companies. This course is a must for any professional who wants to understand the impact of digital technology innovation, and be prepared to work in organisations in which digital technologies play a relevant role.
