This fine art course will focus on the place of drawing in conceptual art. It will take the form of workshops led by internationally acclaimed artists. Students will encounter a variety of approaches to conceptual drawing, and will be encouraged to experiment with new and unexpected ways of using drawing in their art practice. The course thus offers students the opportunity to explore drawings' potential within the making of conceptual art; not just as an aesthetically driven activity, but also as a tool for communicating theoretical concepts and ideas.

The course is open to art school students and students who can demonstrate, by means of a portfolio, a serious interest in the making of art.
