This intensive one-week course is especially designed for interpreters. The course focuses on general legal Dutch language, culture and contemporary issues in Dutch society. The goal of the course is upgrading the interpreters' passive knowledge of legal Dutch through lectures on topical issues, as well as improving their active command of the Dutch language (C-level).

Target group
Interpreters who have reached C1 level (CEFR). You are required to do a placement test developed by Babel.The placement test consists of two parts: multiple choice and writing. A teacher will assess your language skills. On the basis of your test result you will get an advice about which course is suitable for you.

The purpose of this course is to expand interpreters' active and passive knowledge of the Dutch language.
