Target group
Registration is open to both young and experienced managers who want to gain new insights and boost their development as a leader. The group consists of proactive, experienced professionals with at least eight years of work experience and includes executives, management consultants, business unit managers, company supervisors and industry experts who have a specific interest in leadership and management.

Course aim
During a two-day program, we explore the critical issues and challenges facing managers today. Working on real-life problems - to be introduced by you and your co-participants - we explore and test the latest insights on leadership. The overall objective is for you to reflect on your own leadership and gain new understandings that will help you strengthen yourself as a leader.
