Participants will study the dynamics of the international energymarkets and ways to improve the investment regimes and the managementof the energy sector. You will learn about the efficient use of energy resources,the transparent distribution of revenues, the strategy of oil stocking, and thebarriers countries face in shifting to a low-carbon economy. Reading providesa unique opportunity for taking this course at our Centre for Euro-Asian Studies,specialised in economic issues in resource-rich countries, with particular focuson oil- and gas-rich economies.
