The First Advanced Summer School on Food Marketing, Consumer Behavior and Quantitative Methods of Market Research aims to provide the participants (students, researchers) the necessary knowledge (theoretical background and quantitative techniques), in order to be able to apply modeling techniques and conduct a market research in the areas of food marketing and consumer behavior.

Target group
The candidates for the Summer School must be senior year students in Universities/ Technological Institutes or Graduate students in Masters' programs and PhD in the areas of Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Agricultural Studies etc and professionals from the Marketing and Agro-Food industry.

Course aim
The seminar aims to offer specialized knowledge, both applied and theoretical, to young researchers and professionals in the fields of Food Marketing, Consumer Behavior and Quantitative Methods of Market Research.
