The application of techniques from games and video games design to other non-ludic field is known as "Gamification" or "Ludification".This concept is one of the major commitments of the so-called disruptive innovation, regarding all those services or products that can become in market top-leaders. Therefore, Gamification is the most important commitment from big consulting enterprises (Deloitte, KPMG, Andersen Consulting, etc.) for the upcoming years as a revolution of a new market.Gamification receives a different consideration depending on the discipline working with it: management, information management, pedagogy, entertainment, etc. In this course, Gamification will be valued from an open innovation point of view, project and problem management, methodological identification and definition of a service or solution. Therefore, we will face the concept from a perspective of business, management and solution proposal. To do so, we will work with innovation models, which existed prior to Gamification, main components of Gamification, case studies by sectors, game design and product or service design.

The entertainment market has a long tradition and it has burst into our society.
