The course shall deal with multi-sourcing engagements and different models and consequences of application of one or another shall be discussed in detail, illustrated with real life cases. Subjects like: forms of sourcing (outsourcing), legal aspects ,H&R aspects, economical and social impacts etc. will be inherent parts of this course. Multi sourcing engagements are the fact of life, even though we do not always realize that.
Governance of such complex contracts and achievable performance those are most important issues in our virtual business reality. Impact of ICT and technology (including cloud computing) will constitute a separate part of this course. The main challenge here will be: how to create business value in the complex multi sourcing environment. Each module will be finalized with exercises allowing students to gain hands on experience with the lectured material.
