The course deals with human resources, intangible assets and intellectual capital. The topics, connected with human resources deal with reasons in favor et contra it's recognition in financial statements, concept of human resource accounting, methods of human resources measurement and valuation, investments in human resources, true and fair view of financial statements, made by using classical accounting concept etc.
The topics connected with intangible assets deal with dilemmas about their definition, recognition and subsequent measurement. And finally, topics connected with intellectual capital deal with its recognition, measurement and opened questions.
