Target group
The European Summer Program of Lille catholic University is a multidisciplinary program designed for students who are looking for a comprehensive educational experience abroad. Our students come from all over the world. This variety makes the program even richer for participants when they are able to mix with their international students sharing a similar experience in France. Students should have completed secondary education in their home country and have a good knowledge of English.
Course aim
Open to both Engineering and Business students, this programme is a great opportunity to work in a multi-competency and multi-cultural team and build in 4 weeks a full presentation of a new business start-up. The programme will bring knowledge, methodology and short experience in the different fields of a new business start-up : creativity, product/service concept, marketing, communication, business-model, legal, business plan, finance, ... Mixing students from Engineering and Business, the working teams will combine multiple competencies, allowing them to imagine a new product or service in the business of Sustainable Energies and Services. In 40 hours, students will have to prepare a full presentation to a jury. A significant part of the students will come from Loyola ICAM College of Engineering from Chennai in India, which will increase the international dimension of the course. 12-hour introduction to intercultural communication to better understand the European people and culture and develop communication skills in an international setting.
