Description of the program and teaching method:
- Description of the telecommunications regulatory framework in Europe (visits to regulatory agencies and case studies)
- Analysis of mobile markets across Europe
- Definition of social issues regarding the uses of mobile
- Development of m-services (games, TV, blogs) • Analysis of key-issues regarding m-content uses.
The course is designed in an interactive mode and will present both theoretical and practical input. 1/ In the class room, concepts and cases relating to the various topics will be presented and discussed. 2/ These presentations and discussions will be complemented by visits to the European Community in Brussels and International Telecom Union in Geneva.

Course aim
The aim of this course is to present the main stakes and issues of m-contents in Europe. We will present an overview of the current and future of m-contents in Europe. We will emphasize specific contents and the key issues regarding the development of the m-content market in Europe.
