Target group
Course is suitable for students from all fields of study.
Course aim
The students learn to:
- Explain the importance of innovations in society and organizations
- Name recent innovations in their own field
- Identify individual and organizational factors which enhance or limit innovativeness
- Act innovatively and creatively in teams
- Brainstorm new product and service design innovations in diversified teams
- Describe how to lead and motivate innovative teams
