This course provides synergy between college-based courses on leadership, change management, teambuilding and other topics from Organizational Behavior and putting the learnt skills into practice in the field. The field in this case is a 6- or 8-man crew of a high performance sailing yacht on high seas.In Sailing, no two waves are the same, the wind is your motor, for ever changing directions and force.
