The essential skills of effective leaders are explored, such as elaborating a vision, facilitating communication, working with groups and teams, overseeing finances, and facilitating change. Students will be encouraged to examine systematically their own leadership potential as they reflect on historical and contemporary examples of effective business and political leaders as well as leaders of causes and social movements.

Course aim
The aim of the course is to invite learners into an interactional learning community that explores the compelling need for the understanding and practice of leadership that is informed by our increasingly global complexity.

EUR 1: The fee includes this course and the course of Croatian studies for free with all course and study materials. One day and one weekend trip to different parts of Croatia are also included in the price.
