Unlike traditional product and service launch paradigms which can be expensive and time consuming, Lean Startup aims to change the way that companies are built and new products and services are launched. A Lean Startup relies on validated learning, scientific experimentation, and iterative product releases to shorten product development cycles, measure progress, and gain valuable customer feedback.

This one week training focuses on the tools and concrete skills necessary to assist you in the agile design of your products or services to meet the demands of your customer base without requiring large amounts of initial funding or expensive launches.
