Philosophy in school, is a way to work with questions and problems in all school subjects and in pre-school activity. Doing philosophy helps to develop a critical mind, oral skills and democratic ability. The course is based on practical work. The students shall do philosophy together, as well as attend lectures about philosophy with children and history of philosophy.

Target group
The target group for this course is teacher education students, early childhood education students, practicing teachers and pre-school teachers, individuals working with children/young people on a voluntary basis, as well as those with a general interest in philosophy.
Course aim
Throughout the course, the students will develop better strategies for thinking and an ability to lead students in philosophical inquiries.
