This course is designed for management graduates based on experiencing a need of the industry for business analytics. Business analytics is an undervalued area, which recently picked up its pace and has demonstrated the impact of its use in businesses and has completely changed the way business is done in today's world.

Business executives and recruiters look for basic and advanced business analytical skills from graduates of almost every discipline. Businesses look for hands on practice, knowledge and experience for almost all type of profiles. This course is designed and meant to build a confidence in the students to demonstrate the required analytical skills, which can add value to businesses, and enhance the profitability of the organizations.

2) Business competitive edge using analytics

3) Important tools of analytics

4) Learning basic features and formulas of spreadsheet

5) Application of advanced features and formulas of spreadsheet



6) Improve speed and efficiency using spreadsheet VBA and macro writing

7) Techniques of managing services operations

8) Methods of managing manufacturing operations

9) Optimization as a tool for corporate competitive edge

10) Organization competition benchmarking using Data Envelop Analysis

11) Basic statistics, TQM and quality tools

Course fee
EUR 0: Students on a bilateral exchange programme do not have to pay. Freemovers are obliged to pay participation fees while tuition fees only apply to freemovers from countries outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland.
