This course is a complete introductory vision into the fundamentals and essential terms of Project Management, as presented in the PMBOK Guide. The goal is that the student internalizes these basis in an appealing way, comprehending the processes and tools and how they work. The student will acquire knowledge and techniques to be able to plan and perform any project in any industry or activity. The course prepares for the CAPM Certification Exam from the Project Management Institute, which the student can take autonomously by registering for his/her preferred date.

This course is addressed to professionals from any business-related field. The acquired tools can be applied to any sector of activity and any project size, and it is a course fit for all those who work in projects, no matter the role they develop, interested in acquiring the fundamentals of Project Management or in validating their current procedures in parallel with worldwide accepted practices.
