Step away from the world of books into what theories imply for real-life; budgeting, deadlines, working with multi-disciplinary teams, personal strengths and weaknesses; all challenges a project manager needs to deal with.

This course offers a theoretical background but especially a practical approach to project management.During the course participants will work on project tasks in teams, allowing them to experience the different factors that determine the successful completion of a project. A certified training and examination to obtain a Prince2 certificate is part of the course programme.

Target group
This course is open to students in all fields, as long as they have a strong wish to develop their project management skills and realise that it takes a lot of personal effort to develop those. A good command of English is necessary.

Course aim
After successful completion of this programme, participants will have a clear focus on project management from both a theoretical as well as a practical (personal) perspective. Those who successfully joined in the Prince2 examination, will obtain a certificate for this.
