Ever wondered how to make the step from basic motor task exercises, to the sliding sports context? In this course you'll learn the latest findings about motor learning in challenging balance situations. Your own balance skills will be put to the test and re-evaluated after two weeks of learning mentally and physically. You will translate this knowledge into useful tools for you as a teacher, coach or therapist.
