The course shall deal with strategic questions concerning transformation of companies where outsourcing of ICT, Business and Knowledge (Research) processes has a major impact on the business, marketing, public relation, financials etc. Every transformation may lead to the outsourcing, in-sourcing, multi sourcing engagements and different models and consequences.
