Hello. I would like to draw your attention on an over discussed topic: advantages and disadvantages of being an only child. Firstly, one important advantage of being an only child is that parents give children more attention, care and are able to give them whatever they wish for. Therefore children have the possibility of having what they want and need, without having to share those things with brothers or sisters.(e.g. room, toys, pocket money, clothes etc.)

Another important advantage is that the living standards are higher in each family, due to the fact that parents have only one child to take care. As a result, all the income is spent only on one child not on several. This aspect means that one child can have all necessary things and even luxury items.

Also, being an only child in a rich family means that the child receives the entire heritage. For some this aspect isn't that important, but considering you don't have to split it with brothers or sisters can change your lifestyle. Of course, being the only heir of a considerable fortune gives those children the possibility of having an easier life, having many relationships and being in the situation of having many relationships at an early age.
